ABOUT

About Me

A professional journey shaped by European training, high-level hospitality, and an individualized approach to bodywork.

My name is Denys, and I am a professionally trained Massage Therapist with over 9 years of experience in massage therapy, bodywork, and wellness.

My professional journey began in Europe. I started my education in Ukraine and later continued my training in Warsaw, Poland, where I graduated from a professional medical massage program.

In 2018, I began my professional career at a luxury five-star hotel, working with clients from around the world and gaining valuable experience in high-level wellness and hospitality. I continued working there until 2022 while also developing my own private massage practice.

Alongside massage therapy, I studied Applied Kinesiology in Warsaw, which significantly expanded the way I understand and work with the human body. This approach taught me to look beyond the area where discomfort appears and consider how muscular imbalances, movement patterns, stress, and other factors may influence the way the body functions.

Today, I combine Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Therapeutic Massage, manual techniques, and Applied Kinesiology principles to create an individualized approach for every client.

My goal is not simply to provide temporary relaxation, but to understand what may be contributing to tension, restricted movement, or discomfort and help the body function and recover more effectively.

For the past two years, I have been practicing massage therapy in Los Angeles, California, working with clients with different lifestyles and needs — from athletes and dancers to people experiencing everyday muscular tension, stress, and physical fatigue.

I believe that every body is different, which is why every session should be different too. Each treatment is customized based on the client’s condition, goals, lifestyle, and how their body responds during the session.

MY PHILOSOPHY

look at the body as a whole, find the source of dysfunction whenever possible, and create meaningful results — not just temporary relief.
