Respect. Transparency. Professional care. These policies help protect the time reserved for every client and maintain a calm, consistent and elevated experience.
A $50 deposit is required to secure an appointment and is applied toward the total cost of the scheduled session.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of the deposit.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. A late arrival may shorten the treatment time so that the appointments that follow can begin as scheduled. The full scheduled session price may still apply.
Clients who do not attend an appointment without notice may forfeit their deposit. Prepayment may be required for future appointments following repeated no-shows.
Please inform your therapist before the session about injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy, medical conditions, medications, allergies, or other information that may be relevant to massage. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Universal Massage Studio provides professional therapeutic and wellness massage services only. Inappropriate, disrespectful, or sexually suggestive behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the session may remain fully chargeable.
We accept approved payment methods available at the time of service, including card payments and eligible HSA/FSA payments where permitted by the client’s individual plan. Clients are responsible for confirming eligibility with their HSA/FSA provider.
Digital gift cards may be redeemed toward eligible services at Universal Massage Studio. Balances may be used across multiple visits until fully redeemed. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.
Completed massage services are generally non-refundable. If you have a concern about your experience, please contact us promptly so the situation can be reviewed personally and professionally.
House Call Massage pricing is starting from the listed amount and may vary depending on location, travel time, session duration, and service requirements. Final pricing is confirmed before the appointment.
